What gives you that idea?
AFAIK the only sites that need to be accessible are those that have been
government funded. So if you get a grant to promote something for instance.

Anyway, the sites are not really inaccessible, they just look bad.

In your place i would wait until I had a foot inside the door before trashing
their websites... if you upset the wrong people you might not get any work at
all.
