I've just received my first batch of cards from Vistaprint.co.uk so I
thought Id let you know the verdict.

I paid =A336 for 500 full colour double sided business cards which =
included
the image upload and 7 day delivery. =20

They were despatched the day after the order was placed but it took =
another
5 days for them to get here. They came via airmail from Belgium of all
places so if your wondering why the delivery charge was so high now you =
know
why!

The quality of the card is pretty average. The next weight up would =
have
been better. The printing isnt that great. My cards were basically =
solid
colour with mostly plain black text. The colours are ok, but the =
smaller
text looks like it has a slight offset which makes it look like it=92s a
little bit blurred. Don=92t get me wrong, its not really bad but its =
not as
crisp as I would have liked. =20

The cards I had printed were just small promotional ones, a bit like a
flyer, so I don=92t need them to be especially high quality. For my =
needs on
this occasion they will just about do. For =A336 I didn=92t expect much =
in the
way of high quality and was really looking for inexpense rather than =
quality
which is what I got.

Overall verdict -=20

If I'm looking for lightweight inexpensive cards to be printed quickly =
then
Id use them again. If I want crisp quality printing on good card ie my =
main
business cards, Id try elsewhere and pay the extra. I'll try the =
Aubegine
place next time.

PS. Someone said they send a lot of emails with offers on, and indeed =
they
do. They are currently sending me 10 calendar magnets with the same =
design
on for free. Not sure I really need/want them but hey, we like free.
