See my other reply as well, but you can't really do this and be accurate
as the values given in that CSV are lat/long and not straight "X" and =
"Y",
so you need to do something called "Great Circle" range finding or =
something
like that, which that offensively long formula I posted apparently does.

I won't pretend to understand it though ;)
