If you can spring for a book, I recommend the 'Mastering ColdFusion'
ones[1], I found the one for v4.5 gave me a good grounding when I was
first using ColdFusion. Otherwise I used what's now become the
'Livedocs' - top link Dave's given, although back when I started they
still gave you a manual with the software so it was more paper based.
If they need things changed layout-wise then you'll be fine after a bit
of poking about. If they need chunks of functionality changes I'd have a
good look at some of the on-line stuff, then decide whether you want to
do it, or sub-contract it out to someone else. Depending on how the
pages have been written, you might find it very easy to dive in, or it
could be a mind-bogglingly convoluted pile of crap. Hopefully it's the
former!
