She may consider looking for admin jobs at your local university? In my
experience they have been relatively understanding employers.

With 25 PCs, surely they have a server? If it is SBS, Trend's SBS suite is
much cheaper than Norton, works, and is easy to manage.

Are you sure that the form is currently protected? If Tools, Unprotect is
grayed out it probably isn't. Can you edit the document? BTW If you think
that a macro is locking it, just set your Word macro...
