Worrying about how many minutes is fair, and how you observe the
silence, if at all, is frankly silly.
Ken has just suggested that it would be moving and memorable if
people came out of their offices, and observed 2 minutes.
Getting a bee in your bonnet, and rebelling against the 'powers that
be' is ludicrous.
Just show some respect, and stfu
