This is quite different from MS Paint. It is a vector graphics editing
tool. Me thinks it will be a light weight vector graphics tool, not
for the professional stuff. It would probably aimed as a simple tool
to create the UI elements for programs in Longhorn. Its still in beta
and it used to be Creature House Expression before MS bought it and
renamed it :)
