Define "low-end". The specs are there...
# CPU speed: Intel(r) Pentium(r) PIII 500 MHz
# System memory (RAM): 128MB
# 200MB hard-disk space
# 3D graphics card: 3D-capable video card with 16MB VRAM
# 1024x768, 32-bit true color screen
# Network speed: 128 kbps ("Broadband/Cable Internet")
... but not /that/ onerous. Now *my* lowest-end laptop is an IBM
Thinkpad "Butterfly", the folding keyboard that's immortalised in the
Smithsonian. 75MHz 486, 40MB RAM, 4GB. That is low-end!
Any laptop from the past 2-3y will probably meet Dell's spec, though.
Matrox is about the only company making NON-3D cards now, but they are
the best multihead cards around, no contest.
