FN-FORUM: Water leak result!

Hi all,

Good news! We complained to Offwat, sorry WaterVoice (good name for an
ombudsman, eh?) who forwarded our e-mail to Southern Water. They've now
sent us a leaflet and confessed that they _do_ allow rebates for leaks
found having installed a meter. So our bill will be £140 instead of the
original £350.

I wonder why their helpline insists that they don't give rebates...
