This is one of the perennials and due to the ever-changing market,
that's not going to change any time soon!

I'd be reluctant to run Java on something that low-spec (64MB RAM!),
but that's gut-feeling, not bitter experience.

I'm looking at layeredtech.com and 1and1.com both of which have 70 USD /=20
month deals (or 60 + 99 setup from layered) for low-spec servers (i.e.=20
"only" 512 MB RAM). And you get ~ten times as much bandwidth.
