Im fairly patient and if they are paying for the call ill spend as
long as they want answering whatever they ask so long as i am
competent in it.

mostly my support is limited to windows and hardware however i will
try and support other software if i can, or use remote access to
demonstrate things or work out what they are talking about.

your more than welcome to outsource your support to me, im sure we
can come to some sort of amicable arrangement.
