All he has to do is log on to a workstation as someone who is a member of
local admins or power users on member server (in fact an ordinary user can
usually read all except security log). Right-click my computer, click
manage, connect to another computer - ip address of server and he can read
the logs, stop and start services etc. Shouldn't log on to the consoles of
servers for routine management.
