FN-FORUM: Interactive CD

Hullo,

Does anyone have any tips on the best way to produce an interactive CD with
video?

In the past we've used Flash or HTML with Quicktimes - but both of these
have nasty pauses while loading all the video up - although the same videos
stream fine and dandy online. Is Director the Only Way?
