FN-FORUM: No CSS ?

Hi everyone, I have an odd problem. I am designing a page on Dreamweaver MX
2004 and I need to format everything without css (I said it was odd !) The
problem is, everytime I change the font or try to move a layer, the change
becomes a new css feature , any idea how to do without ?
