FN-FORUM: Adding custom boxes to firefox

Hi All
I've had a google but not 100% sure what to be looking for. Basically I
want to add a box to my firefox similar to the search box so that when I
type in a domain it goes to http://www.dnsreport.com/?domain.com (or
similar). Is there a good howto someone can point me at?
