date posted 21st July 2005 11:05
Cheers Derek
The client who sent is Audi head office - can simply make a quick phone call
but thanks for the word of warning having just lost my father in law I can
imagine how distressing this would be.

a word of caution before you do, i seem to recal there have been cases
in the past where this kind of email is passed on long after the child
has passed away,
You can imagine how distressing it must be for the parents trying to
move on but gettting a shed load of letters each day.
I'm not saying do or dont, as i dont know how well you know the client
who sent you this or if he is personally involverd but maybe worth a
check ?
