I wonder if it was the guy with the dodgy backpack bomb?

My primary corelatant was on a westbound Central line tube this morning
at around 10:15am when they stopped near Bank for around 20 mins, and
then slowly made there way to St Pauls, at which point they were told
westbound Central lines were closed as the bomb squad was in attendance
at Shepards Bush investigating an abandoned bag. I wonder if the
explosion there was controlled?
