Do the indexes contain the same fields(ie the fields in your WHERE
clause) that are in your query ?
it helps to have the indexes on most frequently queried fields..

I am currently using 1and1 and to be honest even though they are quite cheap
theyre service is terrible,
Firstly they let me buy domain names and put them in my control panel only
to tell me...
