Short answer - no - because you can bar receiving html in outlook, but
providing your email has a link (in the page of html) allowing the viewer to
see your ad online - you should be ok

I believe that both Outlook and Outlook express by default cache the
message locally until you say otherwise.

Well in this instance account =3D address because anything sent to their
domain resolves to a generic address.
The IMAP solution may be ok to get them going because then at least
there's only 1 mail...

You can either find a proxy, which will set your ip to a fixed
one.. google for free proxy - or open proxy.. but better to have them not
require a ip from you, since you can't do a fixed one.

I can't help with the word docs if you're stuck with RTF, but the Excel
ones are a breeze. Make sure the intial documents are Excel XML, then
download the Microsoft Office 2003 XML Reference...
