FN-FORUM: Webcam/Voice Capabilities

Hi, i have a potential client looking for a site with webcam and voice
capabilities and ive never added them before, i expect i'd have to buy
some kind of 3rd party java software or something?

Anyone wanna fill me in on how this works? And if you have any
recommended software and anything else i should know about it.
