Are you on pc or mac
In the past I have done this on a pc by designing the page and then setting
it as stationary when I send it from outlook and this worked fine
I use a mac now however and you cannot (as far as I know) do this - I use a
method called 'send complex html' where you design a page with absolute
links (http://www. Etc) rather than local links - upload this to a server,
then - with this webpage open, run the script in outlook - works fine
