Not convinced the web mail system is the best idea..
use a normal email client, so they all have the same experience. Set it to
collect the mail, but leave the mail on the server. That way, all three
collect the mail. you may want to clarify, who does get to delete
stuff.. most clients allow leave on server, and also a facility to
delete, if read, after x days.
