I personally would reccomend Alt-N, though it can get pricy.
For a cheap rollout on a Windows box, it might be worth considering
"Hamster" http://tglsoft.de/
I've used this one internally, originally for it's nntp and imap
support. Only took about 30 minutes to get running and it seems to do a
reasonably good job.
You can also get clever with it, custom scripts etc.. Never tried
myself. Open source (Delphi).
