Hi,
You should avoid like the plague any company that guarantees to put you
in top google spots. You can optimise your site to be "organically"
friendly to particular phrases and you can use internet marketing
techniques to encourage your site's visibility and click-throughs but
that is a very different proposition to "we will put you at number 1".
There are genuine SEO companies that will help you improve your
rankings and marketing but none of them would offer guaranteed results.
I can point you in the direction of a reputable firm if you want but
please contact me off list. You can also get training in the
techniques either with public courses or by surfing the web. Google is
a great starting point!
