I'd be very suspicious as their own site is in Flash, and doesn't have
many links to it, both of which are against what a normal SEO company
would do.
One odd thing, if you run a site:www.networldnetworks.com search on
Google it shows various pages which turn out to be redirects to some of
their clients or sites they own, before it redirects you're given a page
of content that's been spidered as the redirect is in Javascript so
doesn't affect the search engine spiders (unless they look for it, it
can count against the pages.)
It could be that those pages were spidered in error, but the company
must have put a live link to them from somewhere or Google just wouldn't
have seen them to spider and cache them in the first place.
Side note: searching for "SEO UK" will get you the people who have spent
the most time getting to the top for that phrase, not necessarily the
best match for a promotions company for your particular website. The SEO
company I'm part of does not do well for a lot of searches we'd like to,
but that's mainly because we're too busy working for clients rather than
on our own site.
I think a personal recommendation like has been offered would be a good
way to go. Otherwise, choose my company, we're great:
http://webpositioningcentre.co.uk - although we won't promise a top
position, we can show other sites we've helped get very good results.
Cheers
