It compresses the HTML via the onspeed servers, so works well for sites
that don't already do this. Images are down-sampled and
already-compressed files don't see any speed increase. For sites that
already compress their output it'll make things slightly slower, as the
content has to go through the onspeed servers as well.

Probably a good idea for dial-up, but not worth the extra complexity and
downgrading of images for broadband, IMHO.
