The element of the site that allows previous employers to leave feedback
regarding a particular freelancer - how exactly does that work, and how can
you ascertain the validity or honesty regarding this feedback - do the
owners of the site then place themselves liable for prosecution from
dusgruntled freelancers ?
Is it not the same way that a previous employer is not allowed to give you a
'bad' reference ?
