FN-FORUM: Non Roman Alphatetic characters

Hi,
I need to do a quote later today when I get the full details but I need
to know how you store Non Roman Alphabetetic characters in a database.
Apparently the site is to be in 7different languages. I don't know what type
of database yet but they need to know if it is possible first. I am sure it
must be but I don't know how.
