I tried it out, and yes, it does what it says on the tin, but then again so
does:

"C:\mysql\bin\mysqldump.exe -A --user root --password hxpro -h localhost >
E:\backup\server\dbdumps\mysql\all-databases-dump.sql"

when put in a .cmd batch file that you run each night using a task scheduler
(the windows task scheduler in my case).... and is cheaper than $49.
