FN-FORUM: Words of advice for newbies

Hello all

Ive been watching for a couple of weeks and gleemed some usefull
information but
I tend to miss out joining in on any of the conversations due to being
displaced
for work in Australia (I'm running a design studio), anyway as much as I love
being in Australia I need / want to return to the UK and more importantly I
want to start freelancing, I'm not without experience but its all in perminent
roles, my skills are firmly in Creative Project Management, UI design &
standards complient build. I have a portfolio at http://www.mccoy.co.uk and
have been contacting pimping agencies like its going out of fashion but to no
availe, can anyone offer any words of avice of list or on to help me
crack this
nut and drag my sorry arse back to the UK?
