Yes.

No, it's a UML Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tool. In theory
you do your OO Analysis and Design with it, drawing UML diagrams, and it
can then write the boiler-plate code to make the objects you've described
in the diagrams. It can also take code and generate the diagrams too.
Probably very powerful combination of documentation and coding if you can
get your head around all the complexities.
We tried hard to use it at my last full-time job, but it's very
complicated (and expensive). There are other, better IMHO, UML tools out
there for less money.
The more observant might have noticed I've been quiet recently. That's
because on Monday evening I became a dad for the first time - twins, one
boy one girl. And I thought I was busy before... :)
