Going straight to freelance from studentville is a bad idea - no portfolio,
no background, no experience - get a job for a couple of years. Learn your
'real' trade and you will get all those things.
I am not suggesting you will not be successful in freelance work, but you
will be starting from a much more difficult position, I personally had 6
years in a great job, and it took me two years to establish myself as a
fully fledged freelancer with regular income (I am on my laptop in Hawaii).
