FN-FORUM: Consultancy agreement

Hi

I need to get a contract raised to allow me to provide consultancy services
to a client via my limited company. I've only done web site design and
maintenance contracts up to now and thought I'd be able to modify one of
those to suit. Unfortunately it's not the case. Has anyone got a suitable
boiler plate contract/agreement for consultancy that I can take bits out of,
preferably one that will steer me clear of IR 35?
