I'm no legal person, but to clear the IR35 - don't name yourself, but use
the company name.
i.e. zoop ltd will provide xyz, and not Craig will provide...
also, have other income from other clients, and bang, you are IR35 friendly!
I'll mail my last contract to you, off-line.. although its between me and
the agent, but hope it helps..
