Is PHP an option? Mail in PHP is very easy, it can be only a few lines
or if your if your looking for something more fully featured you can
use the PHPMailer class (http://phpmailer.sourceforge.net/). I'd be
happy to write it for you if you want to tell me the situation its
being used in.
