FN-FORUM: Linux V Windows

Hi everyone... I wondered if you could help.
I'm currently having a site developed, lots of listings, classifieds, etc, so
big database-wise. My programmer is advising a switch from A Winjdows hosting
package to Linux... he says that Windows can be pretty vulnerable to bugs.
Problem is my last programmer advised Fasthosts' Windows package... anyone
have any ideas?
