Re: FN-FORUM: PuTTY commands for copying files from local to remote
date posted 15th August 2005 15:29
Hi Darren, I was trying to set a scheduled FTP task to copy an entire dir
locally to a remote server however I sooon discovered ftp cannot cope with
moving an entire directory. So PSCP was recommended. Now I have
installed PuTY I am finding the commands a little too simplistic!
I just need to understand the correct command to copy local/directory to
remote/directory :) Not sure how secure it is ;)
