One idea would be to have any animation functions dependant on cpu
capability. i.e If the host is fast then all animations proceed as
normal, if the host is slow then don't fade or animate but...

Your metatags are screwed because your content definition includes
quote characters (being used to represent inches) that are prematurely

It's not http/owa that we are looking at, it is RPC, and DNS and AD settings
in general.

I actually ended up installing The Ultimate Troubleshooter, stopped a couple
of dodgy looking startup tasks it found, shut off MS Security Centre
(bleurgh!)...

If both PCs are popping mail from the same account/mailbox, the POP3 server
