Will you set up a limited company? If so, using the company name in the web
site and Email addresses comes across as most professional IMHO,

Subject: FN-FORUM: What's in a name?
Hi,
Now I've been freelancing I need to create a proper site to promote myself
and my services.
But, what's in a name? I've always wanted to register:
www.gravyanecdote.co.uk and set up my site there.
The duller (IMHO) alternative is:
www.andycotgreave.co.uk
gravyanecdote is an anagram of Andy Cotgreave. So, as it happens, is "A
converted gay", but we don't need to go there...*
I offer IT Training, Database Development, and Journalism services, in the
main. What do people think? Should I remain truly "professional" and, ahem,
"dull" and stick with my name, or go with the more fun "gravy" name, bearing
in mind that the URL is going to be on all my business correspondence.
Opinions, please...
Andy
* And if you take my full name, Andrew Cotgreave, you get "Waved erect
organ". Sheesh!
