Does anyone know how to create Master Slides in Powerpoint X on the mac?
On a PC, you have the View/Master option?? Not the same on a mac it seems??

What happens if you are the main recipient or a cc, not bcc?
Can't the client just whitelist it?
An SPF record is part of DNS that says which hosts are allowed to send mail
for the domain legitimate...

What is the subject line?
Does the domain have and SPF record that includes the webserver?
How many recipients do they go to? Are the recipients in the to line?
What email client? What spam filter?...

You don't mention if it's a third-part host that manages mail servers. If so
they're probably using spam filtering software that looks up IP backlists
