could you explain the meaning of 'final pay' bit? and how does it work
in terms of UK freelancers working for / through US A based online
bidding? How do we get around to make sure that the project originators
are trustworthy?

I'm new in this scene and was wondering what, how, when to find most
suitable freelance jobs 'online'

do you think there's more merit in online approach than traditional
'cold calls'?
