getafreelancer, and indeed most other Internet freelancing websites,
work in an auctioning fashion. A person would post their project, and
their budget, and then you would bid giving you're bid (how much you
want) and how long you can do it for. I reccomend you get a decent
website if you havn't already got one, or a portfolio at least.
