FN-FORUM: IE not being reused

Hi,
When I click the IE icon, rather than opening another instance of IE,
it's reusing the existing browser instance so I can only ever have one
instance of the browser open. It was working quite happily earlier today
and now it's gone stupid.

Any ideas why this happens ?
