If u have any of the premium hosting packages, they provide you with a
0800 support number. You still have to wait for ages, but at least it's
free from a landline.

I'm in the middle of transferring a client domain, and they are dragging

NTLDR is "Windows NT Loader", it performs some sort of essential function
when Windows starts, I don't think that it is part of a filesystem that
would be on a USB hard drive.
