My apologies, you're right, I forgot about my company secretary. Probably
because he doesn't actually do anything, lol. However, I think the CS can
be your accountant so it's much the same really.

I was under the impression you needed 1 director and 1 secretary (who
can be a directory as well) for a private ltd company and 2 directors +
1 secretary for a publid Ltd company.
