FN-FORUM: .NET Web Service without VS

Hi,

I'm just about losing it with VS2003. I'm a newbie to .NET and need to
write some web services for a classic ASP site. I know some people are
writing web services without Visual Studios' "help". Could any of you that
are please tell me what you use and any "recommended" tutorials that helped
you on your way.
