Firstly.
Did you create the images that you have used for the backgrounds of this
site?
If the answer is Yes then my complements as the graphics behind that crap
flash effects are actually quite nice, if you can learn a lot more about Web
Design, Typology, Usability and bring the quality of those skills up about
1000% then you could do well in this industry.
If the answer is No, I.E. They are photos you have used taken from somewhere
else like stock photos which I believe they are, then if you think slapping
a bunch of photos on a page, adding a few very bad visual effects in flash
makes you a web designer think again busta, I really think you're missing
the plot big time.
