FN-FORUM: PayPal again

I have looked at the paypal site, with regard to using their payment system
on a clients web site. Two questions spring to mind....
Firstly if anyone has experience of using this set up (ie pay pal cart and
buying faclities within a web site) does it take long to set up? (just so I
don't under quote the job if it takes days!)
Secondly am I going to need the clients log in details to set it up through
their existing account with PayPal?

If these are daft questions I apologise, this is the first time I have been
asked to do this on a site.
