I never took anything personally, I made an objective statement, based on
my own experiences of this list.

you have completely misunderstood (and taken personally) my
generalised, untargeted, response.

so if the cap fits......

I have no idea why i'm still on this list, it wastes so much of my
time, and is entirely detrimental to my health.
