FN-FORUM: Designers, how much time time do you usually spend ... ?

Designers, how much time do you usually spend on conceptual design of
new site? (no html and other programming things, just photoshop and/or
illustrator)

I understand that it depends on many things, but there must be some
average time.

When I get new job (for example: web page design for some construction
company), my average time building it, would be:
2 days (16 hours) for first layout
1 day (8 hours) for second (if it is necessary) layout
1 day (8 hours) for third (if it is necessary) layout

Totally 32 hours for three different layouts of one project

I was wandering, am I working normally, slow or fast ... ? :)
